SVHE Music Information

Band times (each Thursday afternoon):
Beginning Band (ages 10 and up): 2:30 - 3 pm
Intermediate Band: 3:00-3:30 pm
Advanced Band: 3:30-4:30 pm

Choirs begin September 4, 2008 at Salina Bible Church
Parents Meeting at 1 pm that day with choir to follow.

Choir: We have three levels of choir:
    Kinderchoir-K-2nd Grade
    Intermediate Choir-Grades 3-6
    Senior Choir-Grades 7-12

Choir starting date: Please check the SVHE calendar (upper right of each page).

The three choirs meet for rehearsal on Thursday afternoons at Salina Bible Church (2100 Quincy) at 1 pm.  For further information, please contact Mrs. Karla Dennis.

Band will also meet at Salina Bible Church at the above times. For further information, please contact Mrs. Debbie Metzger.

During the spring semester, SVHE hosts a statewide vocal event, the Golden Belt Vocal Festival.  Each year, over 120 students, ages 13 and up, participate in this educational experience led by Mr. Glenn Litke.  Further information is available at www.goldenbelt.org
