SVHE Eagles Basketball

Another exciting year of SVHE basketball is just around the corner!  Boys and girls 6^th – 12^th grade are eligible to play basketball.  Registration forms are available online at www.SVHE.com.  Cost for the season is $80 for the jr. high teams, $125 for sr. high teams.  Also, all players are required to have a YMCA membership before the first practice.

Here is current information about the season.

Sr. High Boys

·         Coaches – Chuck Romm and Todd Hurst

·         Practices – 5:30-8:00 a.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning October 28^th.

Sr. High Girls

·         Coaches – Kevin Hazelton and Scott Fahrenthold

·         Practices – 6:30-8:30 a.m. Mondays and Fridays beginning October 30^th.

Jr. High Boys

·         Coaches – Brian Kulas and Mark Hoover

·         Practices – 6:00-8:00 a.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning October 28^th.

Jr. High Girls

·         Coaches – Ann Newcomer (needs an assistant coach)

·         Practices – 6:30-8:30 a.m. Mondays and Fridays beginning October 30^th.

Games begin the first of December and end March 6, 2010.  Most of our away games are in the month of January this year.

Registration forms must be received before the first practice.  They may be mailed to Kevin Hazelton (622 S. 11^th) or given to Ann Newcomer at co-op classes.  Early registrations are appreciated.
