Building Use Policy

Salina Heights Christian Church & SVHE

Agreed to: 6-05

In the spirit of Christian Fellowship we welcome you to the facilities of Salina Heights Christian Church. Everything SHCC has belongs to the Lord and as such we are compelled to be good stewards of that which is entrusted to our care. We therefore ask you to join with us as you enjoy the use of our facility for your events. We do ask that you observe the following:

1). Leave each area in at least as good of condition as it was found.

2) Keep all food & drink limited to the kitchen & fellowship hall area.

3) Replace tables, chairs, and any other equipment to their original set-up.

4) Clean up all spills and remove any "smelly" trash to the outside dumpsters. Vacuums are located on the lower two levels.

5) Above all please designate at least 1 "Last man out" to check each room, tidy

   bathrooms, and any other rooms as needed, turn off all lights and lock the doors.

6) Provide Hall monitoring, especially when classes are changing.

7) Report any damage to Co-op Coordinator so she may report it to SHCC.
